Phil has worked in the recruitment industry since 2010, working for a leading driving recruitment agency as a Senior Consultant. Building on his success in the field, Phil made the decision to become the Managing Director of Multistaff in 2015. He uses his experience to provide a robust solutions tailored to fit each client.

Director
John joined Phil at Multistaff Recruitment solutions in March 2021 as a Director / Shareholder and has invested in the company with a mutual vision to expand the company’s services to a wider customer base.

Gail is a professional and approachable individual with over 20 years’ experience in sales and management across a variety of sectors. Working within an outsourcer company for 10 years on behalf of various financial service and blue chip clients.

Branch Manager
Chris is a highly skilled recruitment professional with over 23 years of experience. He has built an extensive career within the recruitment sector which covers industrial, transport, commercial and health and social care. Chris has now worked for over a decade in recruitment management.

Sharon Meredith
Finance Manager
Also known as the ‘office rottweiler’, Sharon has over 35 years of experience in accounts since starting her career in banking. She has been working at a senior level in finance for over 20 years and has very wide expertise.

Peter Hadley
Senior Driving Consultant
Peter has worked in recruitment for over 15 years, forging relationships with both drivers and clients. He relishes the thrill of the chase in getting drivers out on the road and working as well as keeping regular clients happy.

Alex Price
Senior Driving Consultant
Alex has worked in the industry for 5 years, specialising in driving recruitment, supplying drivers to local haulage companies. Alex enjoys the fast paced nature of the sector and relishes the strong relationships that are built by working closely with both drivers and clients.

Account & Payroll Assistant
Sam deals with all payroll and accounts and has been in finance now for over 10 years. She started aged 16 in her apprenticeship and is now working towards AAT Level 2 & 3 qualifications, supporting Julie in the payroll department.

Step one
The first step is a pre-screening phone interview, where we will discuss your experience, skills, and qualifications. This helps us to determine if you are a good fit for the position and if we should proceed with the next step.
Step two
Next, we will invite you for a face-to-face interview, where we can learn more about your work history and experience. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better, ask any questions we may have, and ensure that you are the right candidate for the job.
Step three
Once we have determined that you are a good fit, we will register you for the position. This involves completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring that all of your details are up-to-date and accurate.
Step four
We also take compliance very seriously, and we will conduct a thorough background check to ensure that you meet all necessary requirements. This includes license checks, right-to-work checks, share code checks, and reference checks.
