Building on his success in the field, Phil made the decision to become the Managing Director of Multistaff in 2015. He uses his experience to provide a robust solutions tailored to fit each client.

Chris is a highly skilled recruitment professional with over 23 years of experience. He has built an extensive career within the recruitment sector which covers industrial, transport, commercial and health and social care. Chris has now worked for over a decade in recruitment management.

Sharon Meredith

Finance Manager

Also known as the ‘office rottweiler’, Sharon has over 35 years of experience in accounts since starting her career in banking. She has been working at a senior level in finance for over 20 years and has very wide expertise.

Senior Driving Consultant

Peter has worked in recruitment for over 15 years, forging relationships with both drivers and clients. He relishes the thrill of the chase in getting drivers out on the road and working as well as keeping regular clients happy.

Jordan is an enthusiastic highly driven person who has been in recruitment for five years. Starting as a trainee and working up to business development manager, he is a ‘people person’ and loves creating new relationships. Previously he worked in distribution and logistics.

Step one

The first step is a pre-screening phone interview, where we will discuss your experience, skills, and qualifications. This helps us to determine if you are a good fit for the position and if we should proceed with the next step.

Step two

Next, we will invite you for a face-to-face interview, where we can learn more about your work history and experience. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better, ask any questions we may have, and ensure that you are the right candidate for the job.

Step three

Once we have determined that you are a good fit, we will register you for the position. This involves completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring that all of your details are up-to-date and accurate.

Step four

We also take compliance very seriously, and we will conduct a thorough background check to ensure that you meet all necessary requirements. This includes license checks, right-to-work checks, share code checks, and reference checks.

Our MM Compliance software is a crucial tool that ensures we cannot place workers out to work without the correct Right to Work documentation, minimizing the risk of human administrative errors.

We are proud to have passed audits for the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) and Employment Agency Standards (EAS) in 2022, demonstrating our commitment to compliance. Additionally, we are GLA licensed and audited, meeting the industry standards for labor providers.
