Phil has worked in the recruitment industry since 2010, working for a leading driving recruitment agency as a Senior Consultant. Building on his success in the field, Phil made the decision to become the Managing Director of Multistaff in 2015. He uses his experience to provide a robust solutions tailored to fit each client.
Having a real passion for people has helped drive Philip to become an entrepreneur. His skills in recognising people’s potential and his ability to quickly understand his clients’ needs and candidates’ abilities is what sets Multistaff apart from its competitors.
John Sutton - Director
John joined Phil at Multistaff Recruitment solutions in March 2021 as a Director / Shareholder and has invested in the company with a mutual vision to expand the company’s services to a wider customer base. John brings a wealth of knowledge with over 21 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, which includes working within national and local recruitment businesses as well as building his own successful recruitment agency.
John has a real passion for recruitment and is always thinking outside the box to enhance the services to his clients. The experience and knowledge that he brings to Multistaff Recruitment Solutions will inevitably accelerate the growth plans that Phil has envisioned.
Alex Price - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Alex has worked in the industry for 5 years, specialising in driving recruitment, supplying drivers to local haulage companies. Alex enjoys the fast paced nature of the sector and relishes the strong relationships that are built by working closely with both drivers and clients.
With a diverse range of clients from family-run operations with small fleets of vans up to large national companies with 40 HGVs in operation daily, Alex assures every client the same high quality customer service, maintaining Multistaff’s outstanding reputation.
Gail Ellson - Commercial Consultant
Gail is a professional and approachable individual with over 20 years’ experience in sales and management across a variety of sectors. Working within an outsourcer company for 10 years on behalf of various financial service and blue chip clients. Internally promoted from Project Leader to Client Services Manager within the company. Another 10 year position followed at Homeserve as a Sales Manager within a highly pressurised environment always going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.
Gail enjoys the exhilaration of the recruitment industry while having the aptitude to build long lasting relationships. With strong organisational and communication skills, Gail is an integral part of the team. Her commitment to the highest levels of customer service benefit clients and candidates alike.
Michael King - Recruitment Consultant
Mike is an enthusiastic multi sector recruiter that has finally found his home within the transport Sector, his main focus and passion is to provide an impeccable service along with a hunger and drive to succeed.

Sam has worked in a recruitment environment for the past four years, building an expansive skill set that has become invaluable for clients, candidates and the Multistaff team.
